B: PHIT online coaching is tailored for individuals committed to transforming their lives. All that matters to me is that you're clear about your goals, ready to work hard and committed to making a change.

What is my promise?

If you don’t lose up to 8kg of fat or gain up to 6kg of muscle in 3 months or less, I’ll continue coaching you for free until you reach those goals. No extra charges, just full support until you succeed.

Guidance

You'll find everything you need easily accessible on my coaching app and Google Drive. Plus, I'll be right there with you every step of the way, ready to guide and support you. Just drop me a message in the app, and I'll be there to assist you!

Meal plans

My belief is simple: if you don't enjoy it, you won't stick to it. That's why I'll create a personalised meal plan filled with foods you love. It'll include calorie and macronutrient breakdowns along with tasty recipes!

Accountability

Your weekly check-ins are key for staying on track. We'll cover everything from training and nutrition to sleep, stress, digestion, mindset, and more. By looking at all aspects of your daily life, we'll help you achieve long-lasting results and establish healthy habits for life
